The BJRU endeavour to develop our future Representatives Players throughout our region
with an accessible, highly effective

and attractive pathway for player success.

 

This will be combined with a competition program delivered and

supported by experienced coaches and staff.

 

With the aim to support key stakeholders including

coaches, coordinators at club, school,

regional and professional levels.

The Pathways program provide an enjoyable and

rewarding rugby experience for all. 

Not only for selected players but for the coaches.

It brings a positive push to a broader Pathway in 2024.
